Cazier Inc.

Having a goodly number of children is often very helpful. Many hands make light work, so when we all chip in, everything goes quickly. And we can take on tasks that seem daunting for one, but doable for seven.

For instance, someone from our school contacted us and asked if we could make the spirit shirts for this year. Over 350. That is a lot of shirts.

The girls designed their own logo and got the screens ready. They were in charge of the whole process and that way, when the check came in, it was all theirs.

Red and gray shirts got a red logo. Everyone had a job and performed their duty, whether moving shirts, holding screens or inking.

Ivory was folding in the next room to make sure the designs could dry. Seriously, lots of shirts.

Our supplier who bought the shirts also brought over random clothing from previous years. They basically wanted us to slap that logo on whatever we could.

The gray hoodies got a white logo. The white ink is much more thick and gummy. You can only make it through a dozen shirts before you have to rinse out the screen. We started with the white and thought it was going to be a horrendous process. But the red ink was nice and thin and they NEVER had to rinse the screen and they went through 75 shirts on their first run.

The hoodies were a huge hit. They didn't last at the school at all. They were super soft, simple, and sharp. You can ignore the blur. That is only to protect the innocent.

The girls were such a great team. I was at work and missed all the fun. And they made themselves a nice chunk of change. I think Cazier Inc. could do anything they put their mind to.
