A Night in Paris

(September 16th, 2023)

Homecoming (or HOCO as the cool kids call it) had an interesting theme this year, 'A Night in Paris.' That is actually pretty flexible because you can dress up or dress down. Both girls didn't expect to be asked so they came up with their own things.

Daisy (who technically isn't old enough to date) decided to go with her good friend Liberty and they dressed to coordinate. Love the purple and the beret. Daisy actually ordered that dress too large, but we cinched it back until it looked lovely.

Ivory decided to ask Job. He graduated last year so she thought it would be fun for him to come back for a dance. Her poster was actually pretty funny since she gave him an empty bag.

He responded by coming over and hiding signs all over the house. Supposedly Ivory never found them all, so it will be the gift that keeps on giving. They were all fruit puns. These were a few of my favorites.

They didn't have a group or any official pictures. They went to Hangtime and took pictures while jumping around. That actually works less well than you think. Most of the pictures were super blurry, but here are a few.

We got a couple at home too.

I think the girls both had a good time. Sometimes it's nice just to hang out with friends.
