Another little blast from the past. Last year, our youth group did a carnival to raise funds for the activities they wanted to do through the year. (Not the auction...thank you.) All the kids were involved helping somewhere. It was a very nice day in May and we all had a good time. Here are just a couple highlights.
We made chocolate banana bread that disappeared almost immediately. They even cute into it and gave it away by the slice and I still missed getting some.
Someone was face painting, but I don't think it was our girls. You have to check out that my earring looks like it is hovering by itself.
Ivory helped with the bounce house the whole time. Props.
Pearl ran some kind of water balloon game.
I think dinner was pizza. Not creative, but a crowd pleaser.
And Camie and Nate were there, which was by far the best part. We sure miss having them closer.
