Play That Drum and Sing That Song

October is the month for concerts. At the moment, we only have two in organized school programs. Robyn is taking band and Ivory is doing choir.

Let's start with Robyn. She plays all the percussion stuff. She even got to play piano with the Concert Band. She looks pretty good over there on the piano.

The percussion number used to be my favorite, but Mr. Bowman picked a pretty boring song. Can you see Robyn with her bun in the back?

In some of the other numbers, she got to play Marimba. And then for the final song, she played the gong in back. Once again, watch for the bun in back. They play the theme from Avengers which sounds pretty cool.

Band is so fun. And so is choir. Ivory really enjoys singing and we like listening to her. She is such a great alto and really good at harmonizing. She is a little hard to spot in the choir. Look to the right and she is the brunette standing in the middle of a bunch of blondes.

This song is called Ching-a-Ring Chaw. It is a fun one to listen to.

These girls are so sweet and cute. Here is Kelsie, Ivory, and Annie. Such beautiful girls.

It is nice to go out as a family to support the girls. Concerts are some of my favorite nights.
